Rejuvenate Your Brain & Allow it to Function Optimally
Tibetan Cranial® (TC) helps the mind and brain function more effectively and can be likened to giving the brain a rejuvenating bath resulting in increased circulation in the head and improved neural connections. When the brain functions at its highest potential, it is able to send information to other areas of the body that need maintenance.
The beauty of this work is its ability to assist the body in correcting its own imbalances. It reminds the body that it can indeed heal itself.
Every human being is the author of their own health and disease, and is a unique expression inseparable from the unity of life. This philosophy is the backbone of TC.

TC is a unique combination of disciplined technique and attuned intuition. It is based on the natural integration of body, mind and Soul. This dynamic and profound method fully unifies all aspects of one's unique and natural sense of well-being.
TC has a rich and ancient history that originated in the Himalayan highlands about 2000-3000 years ago. This healing practice is more than a method of anatomy; it is a lineage of sacred knowledge that has been passed down through generations of deeply devout Buddhist Monks.
The Scientific Basis for TC
Cerebral spinal fluid (CSF) cushions the brain, regulates brain extra-cellular fluid, allows for distribution of neuro-active substances, and is the "sink" that collects the waste products produced by the brain. It is essential for the proper functioning of the central nervous system. CSF purifies neurons and glial cells, delivers nutrients and removes toxic substances from the central nervous system.
Even slight cranial trauma, i.e. bumping one's head on something hard, or more serious situations like car accidents can cause compression or misalignment in the skull. Blood vessels around the traumatized area become inflamed which leads to scar tissue. When CSF encounters scar tissue, it has to circumvent the area. The nerves on the other side of the scar tissue become compromised and dry out. Dry nerves cause a reduction in nerve transmission.
How Tibetan Cranial works
During a Tibetan Cranial session, the cranial structures are fine-tuned, which allows impeded cerebral spinal fluid to move evenly around scar tissue.
Results:
Enables more naturally occurring electricity to move throughout the nervous system.
All areas of the brain and spinal column receive more hydration, and information is more readily received throughout neural pathways.
The brain functions more optimally and is able to send information to other areas of the body that requires maintenance.
By strengthening and restoring the nervous system, chronic pain and other deep issues find the opportunity to transform, and overall well-being is greatly improved.
“I feel that TC is some of the most intelligent and profound bodywork I have ever received.”
How Many Sessions
The results of even one session can continue long after it has been completed. However, depending on your condition, multiple consecutive sessions or periodic "check-ups" is often recommended to fully integrate subtle body structures.
It usually takes a minimum of 5-7 sessions to stabilize the cranial bones to the point that they have achieved their maximum improvement and their greatest degree of health and balance.
For most people it is most efficient to do the sessions close together, ideally consecutive days, however, if that is not possible then a few days apart, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. The time between appointments can be extended over many months but it is less efficient and can increase the total number of sessions needed.
During each session, the core patterns are further balanced and the root cause of the symptoms can be addressed.
Once stable an average person comes in for a tune up 3-4 times a year.
What to expect during a Tibetan Cranial session
TC takes place in a quiet setting. Heidi remains in a state of prayer, mantra and meditation and you are invited to also practice any kind of prayer or positive affirmations according to your preference throughout the session.
Loose, comfortable clothing is recommended (no jeans or hooded sweatshirts). You remain fully clothed, removing only your shoes, belt and jewelries.
You lie on a wooden table while Heidi kneels at the end of the table at your head.
At various times, pulses on your head, wrists and feet are assessed. Fine-tuning is made to your neck, cranium, face, mouth and jaw.
Experiences vary according to the condition of each individual, and from session to session.
At various times Heidi will touch vital points on your skull, wrist and ankles, deeply assessing pulses that give important information about the systems in your body. From this information, specific fine-tuning is made.
During the treatment, pulse reading is repeated and fine-tuning is made until optimum balance is achieved. During the session, your skull, face, mouth, jaw and neck are areas typically attended to. As a result, the whole body instinctively relaxes into alignment.
Another common result is that the spine will realign with the rest of the body without any adjustment applied directly to the spine itself.
During the entire session, Heidi holds an internal sacred space of prayer, mantra and meditation.
At the end, the work is sealed, followed by a period of quiet relaxation. This process allows for a full integration to take place.

What typically happens after a Tibetan Cranial session
Profound relaxation is a natural result of a TC Session, and it is common for some people to sleep several hours after a session. Others may experience a noticeable increase in energy.
A reduction in pain or increase in overall functioning may occur immediately after a session, or could develop gradually over the next several days.
Because TC results in a natural healing process, the results may occur weeks after a session.
For some people a body reorganization process may occur as the body adapts to the release of previously held patterns.
Overall, most people experience a profound state of well-being.

“Heidi’s presence emits unconditional love and you will be held in the hands and heart of a true master. My experience with Tibetan Cranial has been profound. Tapping into the depths of stillness I noticed a shift after one session in my facial structure and I feel taller and more aligned in my spine. My cells feel like they are tingling with aliveness and the vastness of empty space filled me up on the inside. The lineage of this healing art is a gift to humanity. ”
