Ayurvedic Doctor
Heidi Nordlund is a NAMA certified Ayurvedic Doctor who has completed the most advanced Ayurvedic training available in the United States from Alandi Ayurveda Gurukula in Boulder, CO, with Alakananda Ma and Bharat Vaidya.
Heidi has multiple certification degrees in Ayurvedic Medicine. She is a Pancha Karma Technician and Postpartum Specialist and she has earned certifications from the Ayurvedic Institute with Vasant Lad in herbal medicine, clinical practicum, pulse reading, and healing of vital energy points.
Heidi is a Professional Member of NAMA and has served on the NAMA committee for the development of the Ayurvedic Doctor Exam.
Soul Renewal Master Teacher
Heidi Nordlund is the founder of the Soul Renewal Practitioner Training. Soul Renewal is a transformational healing community for souls ready to heal at all levels powered by Heidi and her Team. The signature 6 months training program is designed to help ready souls to transform by unraveling any patterns that may be preventing them from becoming the Light Being they are meant to be.
The Soul Renewal Practitioner Training introduces Heidi’s cornerstone certification course to guide apprentices in experiencing a whole new level of self-awareness, personal growth, healing, authenticity, freedom, and becoming a powerful high vibration Healer.
Yoga Therapist & Long Term Meditator
As a certified Yoga Therapist, Heidi offers Yoga Therapy with a strong Ayurveda influence.
Following the classical tradition of individualized yoga practice, Heidi formulates recommendations based on your particular constitution and imbalances.
Her journey into health and healing began when she was 13 years old. Heidi was diagnosed with severe scoliosis and used yoga to strengthen and heal her body. Her passion for yoga led her to Nepal where she received her Yoga Teacher Certificate from Sushil Bhattacharya in 1998.
Her thirst for meditation brought her to Kriya Yoga, and in 1999, she was initiated into the lineage of Paramahansa Hariharananda.
Heidi's dedicated meditative practice opened her heart, taught her the power of prayer, and invoked within her the triple Divine qualities of Sound, Light and Vibration.
Tibetan Cranial Practitioner
In 2008, Heidi completed two years of educational training in the rare ancient healing art of Tibetan Cranial with Master Teacher and Lineage Holder Shar Lee Lee.
Heidi has helped thousands of people heal from various health issues including headaches, neck pain, jaw issues, head trauma, head injuries, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, hormonal imbalances, digestive issues, chronic pain, neurological conditions and insomnia.
Tibetan Astral Healing
Long distance healing was known to the Tibetans. It was an essential way for the healers to reach the people who were not able to travel. Tibetan Astral Healing was practiced by many in the old Tibet but was lost in the time of change. Once in a while it happens that the Universe wants healing practices to re-occur on planet Earth for the sake of humanity. Tibetan Astral Healing is one of these occurrences and Heidi has been chosen to carry out this act.
The name Tibetan Astral Healing and its technique were revealed to Heidi through the depth of her meditation and encouragement of her intuitive consultant and spiritual guides.
When Heidi started receiving the information, she was skeptical and uncertain of its validity, but as time has gone by, she has witnessed the effectiveness and endless possibilities that this healing is capable of. Since 2014, Heidi has seen and experienced things that she prior didn't believe possible. The Universe continues to expand her belief system as the secrets of this ancient practice unfolds.
World Traveler
Heidi excels at her practice of Spiritual Healing which she skillfully combines with her vast knowledge of Indian Healing Arts. Since 1995, Heidi has traveled through Australia, New Zealand, China, Fiji, Thailand, Nepal, India, Israel, Mexico, Costa Rica and all over the United States studying Yoga and Meditation, Ayurveda, Spiritual Healing, and she has acquired great knowledge and practical experience which brings an incredible power of Divine opening to her healing work, with rare Indian herbs and deep lasting Spiritual Healing.
Heidi is a native of Denmark and moved to the United States in 2002 to further her learning of spiritual healing.
She took formal academic training through Naropa University; her Bachelor of Arts Degree (2005) in Contemplative Psychology, Health and Healing, Sanskrit, and Hindu philosophies and traditions.
The multifaceted developmental and healing modalities that Heidi offers are consistently effective in improving health and wellness resulting in enhanced vitality and well-being.
