During this 4 hour workshop, you’ll gain clarity of how to balance your three Doshas (Vata, Pitta and Kapha). Through the doshic designed asana, breathing, relaxation and meditation practices, you’ll improve your digestion and absorption of nutrients, enhance your circulation and blood flow, detoxify your liver and lymphatic system, promote healthy weight, boost your immunity, renew your lung tissue, activate your 3rd eye, and calm your nervous system.

HIGHLIGHTS

  • Transformative Yoga: specialized poses and series for optimal balance and healing of your head, neck, shoulders, back, hips and feet.

  • Pranayama Techniques: proper breathing to expand your lung capacity, and increase oxygen and prana.

  • Hand Mudras and Bandhas. Increase circulation, purify and open the channels in your body for enhanced energy to speed up healing for yourself and others.
