Prior To Your Appointment
Hydrate More Than Usual.
Avoid caffeine, alcohol and beverages with refined sugars. Instead enjoy pure water, herbal teas, fresh juices, Ultima Replenisher Electrolyte, and natural electrolytes such as lime, lemon, salt, honey and stevia. During the Tibetan Astral Healing, you'll receive blasts of energy and you'll process deep emotions that require water and electrolytes to replenish, restore and rejuvenate your system.Schedule Time to Rest More.
Allow your body and mind to calm down, take 5 minutes here and there to decompress by doing nothing, go to bed a little earlier and get out of bed a little later, if possible.Bring Awareness to Your Breath.
Take long deep inhales and exhales, and sigh out loud. This will help bring the emotions and thought forms that you’re ready to process and release to the surface so you’re setting yourself up for a greater breakthrough and easier healing during your Tibetan Astral Healing.
On the day of the Healing Session
Write down your intention of what you want to achieve.
Start by free writing about what you are ready to heal within yourself, change and manifest in your life. Then read what you wrote and rewrite any negative statements in a positive way, such as: I no longer want to feel depressed (this is a negative loaded intention) Change it to: I'm now ready to feel joyful, filled with love, happy and excited about my life.Find a comfortable place where you feel safe and able to relax.
Ask those you live with to support you during this special time by being quiet and not to disturb you. Turn off your phone unless you use it to log into the session.Bring a glass of water or water bottle.
Drinking water during the session will help you to easier release and heal.Stay Warm.
Bring a blanket and/or a heating pad to ensure you'll stay warm, it's common for the body to cool down when it releases and when your nervous system relaxes.Have Kleenex and tissues available.
You'll most likely get in touch with vulnerable feelings and unresolved emotions that are ready to release. It's important that you allow yourself to cry.Integrate.
At the end of the treatment, you'll be guided to integrate and digest the healing and you're invited to take as much time as you need, so allow yourself extra time afterwards before returning into the outer world.
